BREAKER TRIPPING CONSTANTLY
- FOR NEW INSTALLS ONLY, FIRST CHECK THE WIRING OF THE GFCI BREAKER.
- THE NEUTRAL WIRE TO OUR SPA MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE GFCI BREAKER, NOT A NEUTRAL BUS BAR.
- IF NEUTRAL WIRE IS NOT CONNECTED DIRECTLY INTO THE BREAKER THE BREAKER, WILL NOT TURN ON.
- LOOK FOR LEAKS.
- INSPECT THE INSIDE OF THE CABINET LOOKING FOR ANY SIGN OF A LEAK.
- IF WATER IS LEAKING ONTO AN ELECTRIC COMPONENT, IT MAY CAUSE THE BREAKER TO TRIP.
- TEST EACH INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT. (PUMP/S, BLOWER, OZONE, LIGHTS, STEREO, HEATER)
- TO TEST EACH COMPONENT, DISCONNECT ONE PLUG AT A TIME AND TRY THE BREAKER.
- WHEN THE BREAKER HOLDS, THE DISCONNECTED COMPONENT IS THE CAUSE OF THE ISSUE.
- PLEASE CALL AS A REPLACEMENT COMPONENT MAY BE NEEDED.
- TEST THE SPA GFCI BREAKER.
- TO TEST THE GFCI BREAKER, REMOVE THE WIRES FROM THE SPA PACK.
- ONCE ALL WIRES ARE REMOVED, TURN ON BREAKER.
- IF BREAKER CONTINUES TO TRIP WITHOUT SPA CONNECTED, REPLACE BREAKER.
- REPLACE THE SPA PACK.
- IF THE SPA IS WIRED PROPERLY, EACH COMPONENT TESTS TO BE IN WORKING ORDER, AND THE BREAKER HOLDS WHEN SPA IS DISCONNECTED, PLEASE CALL A REPLACEMENT SPA PACK MAY BE NEEDED.
