We’re so sure that you are going to love your Strong Spa, that we offer a 90-day return policy on all hot tub purchases. If within the first 90 days of ownership you are not completely satisfied with your Strong Spa, we will take it back and refund 100% of your purchase price, require no return shipping costs and no restocking fees. We even provide curbside pick up.

Obtain A Return Merchandise Authorization

If you should decide to return your spa, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling our customer service number during business hours and we will arrange to pick up your spa and refund your full purchase price.

Your Spa Must Be In Good Condition

The spa must be at curbside, and ready for pickup at the scheduled time and date. The spa must be in the same condition in which it was originally delivered. Any imperfections, modifications, or excessive wear and tear will be cause for refusal of the return.

You Are Refunded The Spa Purchase Price

Only the original purchase price will be refunded. All other costs or expenses are specifically excluded. After the spa has been returned and inspected, the refund will be made to the account used for the original purchase. Return Policy applies to online purchases only.

Returns without RMA numbers cannot be accepted. You are responsible for the safe return shipping, so please ensure that the product you are returning is adequately packaged and insured. Return Conditions

  1. All returns require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. We must receive your return within 30 days of purchase.
  3. Merchandise must be in original, sellable condition without cosmetic or any other damage.
  4. Return shipping is reimbursed for damaged or defective products only, and only with an RMA.
  1. Made-to-order products, spa covers, umbrellas, heaters, spa packs, circuit boards and special order items are not returnable, but are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties.
  2. Returns for reasons other than covered under our performance guarantee, and all spa repair parts and spa cover lifter returns are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee ($7.50 minimum), to help cover shipping, packaging & restocking costs, which we will deduct from any credit refunded.
