Our Spa Delivery Policy

Standard shipping of hot tubs purchased online will be delivered direct from the factory within the 48 contiguous United States at the quoted price*. Shipping of hot tubs generally takes 1-2 weeks once the spa leaves the factory.

*Hot Tub deliveries to remote areas and islands may be subject to additional shipping fees. Standard delivery based requires access by tractor trailer.

Patio Ready? Great, Us Too!

Backyard Delivery may be available as an option in select zip codes, or by a local factory authorized service technician in other areas, for an added fee. In case you are not in an area where backyard delivery is offered by the delivery company, then you may still be able to obtain backyard delivery through a local factory authorized service technician. Hot Tub Delivery to locations outside the 48 contiguous United States may be available for an additional fee.

The Delivery Process

We want you to know what to expect after you purchase your new spa.

Shipping Notification

Once your spa is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification letting you know that it has left our production facility.

Freight Options

Shipping is typically provided by a nationwide freight company, and delivery is available to any of the continental United States.

Factory Fulfilment

Your spa will likely leave the factory with other spas and the first stop will be a terminal where it will be transferred to a truck heading to your state.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your spa has arrived in your state you will be contacted by the delivery driver or terminal manager who will schedule your delivery.

Home Delivery

On the scheduled day a tractor trailer equipped with a lift-gate will show up and the driver will deliver your spa to the end of your driveway.

Final Inspection

After inspecting the exterior of the spa to confirm that it arrived to you safely, you will be asked for a signature, and the spa is then yours.
