- Handle inbound and outbound customer-related phone inquiries and ensure that issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
- Manage escalated client calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Respond to emails quickly and competently.
- Enter orders and detailed notes into our CRM systems.
- Educate our customers on the company’s products and services.
- Look for new ways to enhance the customers’ experience.
- Ability to Multi-task switching between multiple screens and systems with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information to our customers.
