Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer-related phone inquiries and ensure that issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
  • Manage escalated client calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Respond to emails quickly and competently.
  • Enter orders and detailed notes into our CRM systems.
  • Educate our customers on the company’s products and services.
  • Look for new ways to enhance the customers’ experience.
  • Ability to Multi-task switching between multiple screens and systems with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information to our customers.
